Lack of Efficiency and Product knowledge
I run a dog boarding business from and International App called Petbackers. They pay their clients ie myself through PayPal. I was unaware of this as it is the worse way to go with regards to trying to receive your payment. I traced it to be pending and FNB are the bank which deals with PayPal and assists to pay the money out. I have been dealing with FNB in my local area. I have been sent from pillar to post and get given a telephone number to call in order to sort this out. PayPal enquires have been trying to assist me yet I get a time frame in order to go to a Branch and reset IDs and profile updates. I am now told I must open a bank account or take my laptop to the branch to sort it out. Why does FNB have consultants sitting behind computers ? It is nearly 3 weeks I have been trying retrieve these funds as it expires after a certain period without any logical assistance from FNB. Can anyone help ? I will not open an account if this is the service given.

Theft
I would highly not recommend anyone to rent or buy from Uniprop Real Estate in Boksburg. As they allow their Landlords to lye on behalf of their tenants. And allow a particular tenant the access to treat a women with GBV. After an assault with scissors by the tenant. The tenant being a binge alcoholic and has a history of being abusive to women. Myself Having been locked out of the premises going on 4 weeks with not having access or allowance to collect all my household belongings after serving a Court Interdict of Demand. A week past the 14 day waiting period leaves the tenant up for theft and the landlord accepts this treatment. Nevermind the insults and false accusations on record by the landlord opens her up to a case of Criminal Injuria which will be done . What they are supporting the tenant to allow is daylight theft of all my household belongings. And still receiving nasty emails from the tenant which are ignored as their is now a Court Case in place which noone seems to take seriously.
