I booked the above restaurant for my wife's birthday on the 22nd May for lunch. We both ordered the Aliwal Platter - the food was absolutely disgusting, the only edibles on our platter were the 3 prawns and the grilled squid heads and our sides, the calamari was tough (certainly not fresh) the line fish which we found out afterwards was Barracouda was grey tough and certainly not fresh - we each had a bite and were disgusted - we took it home for our dogs who sniffed it first before they ate it. We spend R290 each on the platters our total bill was R800 odd - what a huge disappoint in this special lunch I had planned for my wife.
Continuous harassment with incorrect details that is not even meant for us! We are at a loss as to where this information comes from!
Hello how does a person try to get hold of AARTO, I received an sms from Jhb Municipality to say I had fines outstanding, these were from 2020. I then investigated with Pay Fine which shows me the fines but I have no visual of the actual fine - how do I know that these are my fines - and when I try and register on the AARTO website with my I.D. it does not register in my initials. Please advise? AARTO

Have dealt with them in the last year and found them consumate professionals in how they treat the client being friendly,respectful and offering good deals.
We were overcharged for a COVID Test last year we sent off proof to Lancet Credit refund numerous times and then nothing!!!! it took them over a year then we got an sms to say that they would pay us R482.00 and we are still waiting despite numerous emails and wait for it now they want us to send them proof again!!!! This is not right - you send us a message to say that a refund is due to us and now you as us again! MRS DAMON
