FINES FROM 2020 - *****?
Hello how does a person try to get hold of AARTO, I received an sms from Jhb Municipality to say I had fines outstanding, these were from 2020. I then investigated with Pay Fine which shows me the fines but I have no visual of the actual fine - how do I know that these are my fines - and when I try and register on the AARTO website with my I.D. it does not register in my initials. Please advise? AARTO0 replies

WAITING FOR A REFUND FOR OVER A YEAR FROM LANCET
We were overcharged for a COVID Test last year we sent off proof to Lancet Credit refund numerous times and then nothing!!!! it took them over a year then we got an sms to say that they would pay us R482.00 and we are still waiting despite numerous emails and wait for it now they want us to send them proof again!!!! This is not right - you send us a message to say that a refund is due to us and now you as us again! MRS DAMON1 reply
