It is a pity that there is no rating for zero! This would be perfect to rate Vox Telecom as they deserve a zero rating FOR ZERO CUSTIMER CARE. I have no, I don't know, an English word how to describe their absolute Rude Unprofessional incompetence regarding Customer Care. Never in 70 years have I experienced this lack of decency no etiquette or business ethics and low grade of communication and disrespect, unprofessional kind of actions towards the account holder (who put their bread on the table-by the way) I wish there was enough space to post all their nasty, really in bad taste unacceptable e mails. Not to mention all the threatening e mails sent to me. REASON because in the 18months I dealt with them my last payment FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 18 MONTHS -over the many public holidays end April beginning May was a couple of days late. PUBLIC OF SA!! SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF HUSSLES AND TIME AND MONEY DO NOT!! I REPEAT DO NOT!! DEAL WITH VOX AND THEIR INSTALLING GUYS FROGFOOT. You have to pay and sign AND ONLY THEN!!! after installing, the complications pop up. they push you for a certain, higher than usual, going speed. higher payment of course. My first complain from the start was the signal that was not what was confirmed/promised. THEY chose the 'perfect' spot to install the router. Their attack to defend, I need to buy AT MY EXPENSE range extenders. There were 2 walls between the router and my bedroom and other unrealistic nonsense. Then the fibre starts buffering. Again it was not their problem I must have had 4 devices on the same time. It was 2 cell phones a smart tv and a laptop. For absolutely every complaint they take no responsibility, just inform me I can cancel but then I am going to cough up huge penalties because I signed a 2 year contract! They are not offering like other service providers a trial period. I should have noticed the snake in the grass when they forced me into a 2 year contract. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES PUBLIC OF SA DO NOT-I REPEAT DO NOT!! DEAL WITH VOX(FROGFOOT) They think because they have the sole right in your area they can treat you like they do-they think you have no other option. YOU HAVE GO BACK TO YOUR PREVIOUS SERVICE PROVIDER WHO ALSO NOW OFFER FIBRE!!! They also think they are untouchable! That is where the disrespect comes in. They are the typical chasing money money money to make a target!!! and they have no pride in their project or concern, respect for you as a customer. Only the good part they want you as a customer is your money!! GOOGLE THE CEO and file your complaint with him.
Attention SPECIFIC SOUTH COAST OF KZN DO you realise why STATUS PANELBEATERS, 10 years in a row was AWARDED PANEL BEATER OF THE YEAR!! Because of Integrity Honesty NO shortcuts or *****ulent quotes and false information to Insurance companies. they walk the straight line AND they do the right thing. They point out to the client AND his insurance companies if they come across "Issues" that need to be investigated. Today I want to AWARD Status Panel beaters for acting in the BEST INTEREST of the Client and their Insurance Company. Thank you guys I WILL promote your honesty. excellent service, Craftmanship and Customer Care in every conversation and platform If you can't spot Integrity and Honesty (in every business for that matter)don't even look further for RESPECT for you, the client who puts the bread on the table of Panel beaters -who is just out to "score" to their own benefit. Believe me I've been there and STATUS PANELBEATERS fixed my car with genuine NISSAN PARTS and their quote!!!! wait for this... saved the Insurance Company R30 000. Be very careful. And ALWAYS GOOGLE COMPLAINTS if you have a feeling something is off when you deal with a company. I did and was shocked what I found and reported it to my insurance company, and they gave instructions to the Panel Beater with suspicious behaviour to immediately deliver my car to STATUS PANELBETERS.

INSISTING!!!! full payment from clients-senior citizens on a quote, and then for months you end up not delivering what you paid for.... with shabby bad workmanship and nobody with the knowledge to fix and install the Garage doors in 100% working order. ALSO, NOWHERE ANY E MAIL ADDRESS??!! on any quote or invoice.... PROBABLY TO AVOID BEEN EXPOSED ON SOCIAL MEDIA.. NO SUPPLIER WORTH OF HIS NAME WILL DEMAND A 1005 DEPOSIT FIRST BIIIIIG RED LIGHT. There are many of these ****mers and especially when they deal with ladies. Shame on them/ They leave you no other choice as to approach an attorney to recover your money and THAT IS WHY they should be named and shamed on all possible platforms on social media TO PREVENT other pensioners to fall in the same trap. The ombudsman Consumer council and local whatsapp groups. We've got OUR money let's hit the road We are the only supplier in town so let hit them and run No respect for clients -just about money money money DONT TO BUSINESS WITH KEY JUNKY LOCKSMITHS LYDENBURG

Gratitude and thanks and compliments to Mr Sarel Vorster of Morgan Nissan Upington, who left no stone unturned and nothing was too much effort, to assist us on his Saturday Afternoon, after hours after we were involved in an accident. He contacted us and said he wait for us at his Branch in Upington. He worked tirelessly to repair our Nissan X Trail, to such an extent that he was happy and had peace of mind that we could safely travel home. He gave his card that if on the road we experience any problem, to call him. NISSAN SA is blessed to have such a dedicated employee. We will forever be thankful for his time he sacrificed to assist us, I know realise why I started out on a Nisan 1200 De Lux Datsun motor as a 18-year-old student, and will surely finish with my Nissan X Trail named "Queenie" We just realized what a extremely safe vehicle the X Trail model is. Mr Sarel Vorster deserve a medal and recognition for the professional way he handled the situation. He also assisted us to secure accommodation for the night and directions back home on the safest route to travel. Thank you Sarel Vorster.
I bought a bottle of Columbar Van *****en wine at RAMSGATE TOPS When I went back and there were no stock the lady said you have to order. I paid R74.99 I ordered a Box AND CONFIRMED!!! the price is R74.99 and they confirmed yes that is correct. 14 days ago. This morning when I went to collect my order, I walked to the shelve where It was kept and it was removed SPAR CONFIRMED THEY CHOOSE NOT TO STOCK VAN *****EN WINES. IF IF IF, you need you have to order upfront. They gave me the box and Linesh Roopram....charged me way more that confirmed I questioned it and they just said the price went up I reasoned and said I ordered at the price of R74.99 which you confirmed They had the attitude take it or leave it. Linesh asked the lady at the counter what is the shelve price R76.99, he placed the answer in her mouth. she said yes. I said but the is no shelve YOU JUST SAID....you only order ON REQUEST!!! ???where does this now come from? You are disgusting taking advantage, and you by yourself decide the price went up a second ago . I told them I will go on hellopeter.com and other social media platforms/ It is disgusting!! and daylight ******* to take advantage from us, the locals who keep their cash flow going throughout the year. Is there not a 0 star option available? SPAR RAMSGATE is probably the worst SPAR IN SA Management changes faster than the weather but the current Management is a nightmare. The manager is NEVER available, and the assistant DON'T GIVE A DIME. once I MADE A REQUEST TO THE MANAGER, followed up 3 times and until today no reply. RAMSGATE SPAR never have promotions advertised. From the day in this case the 16th September till the promotion expires, you can go by every day and they REFUSE TO GIVE you a rain check. The next day after the promotion expired, my, my there is the product on the shelve. ALL the other SPAR branches Uvongo Shelly and Southbroom even Margate have stock AND IT IS THE SAME TRUCK THAT DELIVER TO THEM. They tell you to pay-they do not give a rin check I fell for this promise once and paid and never received the products. There meat is really not up to standard and extremely expensive. More expensive than Woolworths which stock only 1st grade quality meat. Multiple times I bought fresh produce on the Farmers Market Special. Many time I went back to request the rotten items be replaced with quality grade Veggies and fruit. ALSO do they have this beggar sitting in a wheelchair asking the customers for food or drinks. VERY BAD REFLECTION ON THE SPAR STORE NAME. AND when my friend, (who don't get paid) who buy at their store on a regular basis, for huge amounts AND request a small amount like R250 as a donation for fundraising for Cancer Patients, she is a registered Pink Lady, AND KEEP IN MIND a lot of customers are diagnosed with cancer and buy at RAMSGATE store they are not willing to donate. But a beggar which is a nuisance have permission to sit in front of the store. A number of my friends including me now prefer to buy at Checkers and Pick and Pay. Ramsgate SPAR should really focus on priorities and attitude and sales service. AND KEEP IN MIND IT IS THE CUSTOMER WHO PUT THEIR BREAD ON THE TABLE. Word of mouth is an extremely good advertising for bad service and not putting the customer first. They should focus on the customer instead of making a target. SPECIALLY THE LOCAL CUSTOMER WHO KEEPS THE CASH FLOW GOING OUT OF SEASON!!!
Good day It is impossible to get through to Cemair customer care and also Margate Cemair. They just don't answer a call Since 2022 I app**** for sky rewards because I am a frequent flyer Every time they say they will activate it and we are nit in 2025 They have a full history on my flights but have no interest to assist me I am a pensioner, and they should not advertise or offer to create my sky rewards profile if they ignore the passenger. I have lost a lot of rewards Their customer care is disappointing.
