Absolutely shocking service, they called me twice at the same time on two different days, never tried at any other time, never left message, or tried to contact me via whats app, message or email. Discovery Bank please change your courier service. Its taken over a week to get my card and Investec delivered in 2 days. Eventually after finding their contact details they were not even apologetic, apalling service when there are so many better couriers out there.
After a decade of supporting this branch the standards have really dropped. My manicure lasted for two days, no management present, phone operators never look at your customer card and ask the wrote questions when making the booking. Never enough colours for those having non gel, the******s don’t even introduce themselves or even ask what treatment you booked, half way through they realised they gave me the mini pedicure instead of the power and massaged for less than two minutes. Expensive for what you get
