Poor communication...i ordered 5 days ago and still waiting on the order i made...no tracking details nothing...they dont even reply on WhatsApp

i did an online order last year December 2024 im still waiting for it...no updates on my order the last time i hear...their were waiting on stock...today it marks 2 months since i ordered a phone from them and im still waiting...
