This is the worst possible service anyone can expect from a service provider. I've been trying to conatct the customer care since 8am but nothing, just wasting my airtime and data to get no answers as to why my internet is not working. Can't work, can't get paid for the dymay but rain will still expect payment for this utter ******* service that they are providing.
FNB is a well know bank. I have been banking with them since 2017 I have only been met with ******* excuses as to why my money is taken and not met with my professionalism Recently I've needed my bank the most in my time of need and all I have been given was excuses on how nothing can be done to help me. FNB can guarantee that they have officially lost me as a customer and I will be moving banks very soon Really terrible service
The man that spoke to us over the phone was very unhelpful and very rude, he didn't want to wait 2 minutes for us to be there and complaining to us about his other more important priorities.. That is no way to treat customers that are coming in to give you more than R1000 of business. I would not recommend anyone to go and buy from this company
