If it is not Haval Fourways disappointing me, its been Haval SA. Not willing to take a stand and actually take accountability, instead palming me back to the dealership and around we go and the only person losing is me! I bought a Brand New Vehicle from Haval Fourways, reported a rattle within days of taking delivery and the vehicle has been back to the dealership 11 times! thats right 11 times! Haval SA got involved eventually and still have no backbone to do anything that even comes close to Customer Service! They have completely lost it when it comes to Customer Service! God help you, if you ever have to deal with Haval Fourways and Haval SA
I only selected one star because I had no choice!!!!! I bought a brand new vehicle from this dealership, they ****** me of that brand new car experience, within days I reported a rattle, a year and 6 months later the same rattle cannot be fixed! The car has been in 11 times! They are not accepting any responsibility, absolutely disgusted!
