Promise without delivery
So you guys promised to call me within 48 to rectify Debi check mandate and now is the 8th day without receiving a call and you send me a message to say I spoke to you consultant and I must rate the call. Kante who did you speak to?

Bears debit order nonsense
Bears is the worst when it comes to debit order I accepted Debi check mandate with them for the last day of each month but for the past 2 months every time I have money in my account on the 25th they take it without authorization
