Once in a while you stumble apon someone working in the insurance industry that just WOW'S you !!! This is a rare find !!! However we had the absolute PLEASURE of dealing with Marietie Nieman recently on a claim :) WHAT A BREATH OF FRESH AIR !! This lady has excellent communication skills, and her emails are very friendly and professional. She responds promptly every time, and went out of her way to assist us by any means possible. Keep on doing what you're doing Marietjie ! It's very evident that you absolutely love your job :) Thank you so much ! Happy client = happy broker

I Recently had a claim with OUTsurance, where I needed to use my rental vehicle option on my policy during the repair process. The repair process was quicker than expected (since I used my own service provider ). The Avis rental vehicle was received on Tuesday the 10th of February 2026. Due to the repairs being done quicker, I returned the rental vehicle on the 11th of February 2026. Upon delivery of the Avis vehicle I was advised it would take 7 days for the R2000 deposit, taken from my debit account to be refunded. We are now on day 12 !!! I've sent NUMBEROUS queries to Avis and OUTsurance to ask for feedback, till date the deposit has not been refunded to my account. When sending the complaint to OUTsurance I receive feedback that they can't trace the claim number, when it is noted in the SUBJECT LINE WITH THE CLAIM NUMBER PROVIDED BY THE CLAIMS HANDLER !! When escalating to Avis they keep on telling me they will get back to me, but never do !! This is exceptionally pathetic service from BOTH parties, and I truly regret even taking the Avis vehicle ( since I ended up using it only ONCE to fetch my kids from school before returning it, hence it was REALLY NOT WORTH all the frustrations regarding getting this deposit refunded into my account !! ). Avis ref no received: m9dKJ3 case: QMI6xo - claim no from OUTsurance received 356701618. I've been a loyal client of OUTsurance for over 10 years and this is the WORST service I've EVER RECEIVED !

Tiffany Jansen van Rensburg recently assist one of our clients with a claim on their cell phone. She has excellent telephonic skills !! Often times when dealing with call centre agents, you end up leaving the conversation, frustrated and irritated, however Tiffany was extremely proffessional, and went out of her way to assist where possible, she also left a smile on my face every time we had a telephonic discussion, which is a TRUE ASSET AND SKILL :) and very rare in our industry, others can definitely learn from this lady !! I wish I could give a 10star rating!! Momentum would not be the same without Carike Wessels !! This lady is an absolute LIGHT when it comes to customer/broker service. She is ALWAYS willing to assist, and her response time on emails are incredible, she always makes us feel like we are the ONLY client and never complains when we require assistance. She will walk then extra 500 miles to ensure all is going smoothly when it comes to our claims. It's always such a pleasure dealing with her :). Her email communication is always friendly and very professional, and we never feel like we are "bothering" her, even when we sometimes require assistance on several matters in one day. She is an ABSOLUTE GEM!! Thank you so much Carike, we really appreciate you. The claim number as reference is only one example of many. I probably have 10 claims I would be able to give a compliment on at this very moment - however HP only allows for one in a certain time period - perhaps they should have a look at amending this procedure - as many compliments are lost due to this. I would love to write a compliment on each and every claim she assists us with, as SHE DESERVES IT!
