Miway insurance alway come to my rescie each time i have an emergency or crisis with my car. Even though at time their constants become a bit slow to repond, but they dk their work thoroughly...
i have bought items from Lee Morgan with no hustle previously, and i do love the quality of their products, however the last items i bought from them got broken. they came and fetch the iron and fix it. the iron got broken again same place i.e. steam button. i reported the iron again. i was told the the iron passed the warranty period and i needed to pay courier fee and another money to fix the iron. i can pay the money for currier but not the money to fix the iron. it is their product and they need to ensure that the iron is working properly because i paid in full for it.
Miway is always responding at all times and provide me with a solution to my relevant request. I am very happy with the service and the consultants are very friendly. Thank you and keep up the good work.
it is with a create pleasure to write this review on Hellopeter about my way. in the beginning i had my doubt about the above mentioned insurance. since i joined and encounter many problems with my car, Miway have been with me all the way to resolve and help me resolve my car issue. recently i had a problem with my tires of which i had to take for repair almost every week. i called Miway claim department and they gladly helped me with the tire problem. i have not yet received the pay out to get at least a new tire but i am very happy of how Miway deals with my claims. i have been with other insurances and i am very happy with Miway......they really work my way. i love them a lot and wont replace them with any other insurance for now or even ever. i Just took the car track via the Matrix Beame and i liked their pitch,, however they did not deliver what they promised to give the panic button. immediately after inserting the tracker the guy told me that they ran out of the panic button device. according to him the Matrix should have couriered the device to me. the following week i received a call from the Matrix consultant who wanted to set up a panic button on my phone and i told him that i am expecting a panic button button and i did not agree to set up for the panic button on my phone because it was not what i was told initially. the debit order went off from my account to Matrix of which i reversed due to the unsatisfied from their service. i sent an email wanting to cancel the contract and i was told to pay the amount of +/- R2600 to cancel. i am not happy with the service from Matrix and i want out of it to my old car track. I would like to log a complain against Makro Crown Mines, on the 13th September we went to this store to do our monthly bulk shopping and we are regular clients we do this bulk shopping on a monthly basis and we even have a consultant who comes to our old age home who comes on a weekly basis to check if everything is in order and if we do need anything from them. When we were done with our shopping we had about 8 trolleys fully packed ready to do the payment and lo and be hold my colleague and came and told me they have removed all the trolleys not just removing but unpacked everything after 2 hours of shopping. We asked the Makro staff about our trolleys and he said that his manager Mr. Ashley told them to pack the stock back to the shelves because according to them the ' customer have a tendency of picking up stock and leave the stock not paying for it. I asked for the manager but he was no where to be found immediately after giving that instruction then asked for the assistant manager same thing to no avail, of whom according to one of the staff member said that he went to the meeting but one of the staff members pointed him but he was walking away from us not wanting to attend to our query. No one bothered to help us to re shop all our things back to the trolley maybe as a way to show apology for what they did and we had to do another 2 hours of shopping again and it delayed us and all. my colleague and I had to go back to the isle to RE-PICK stock on the shelves. this activity was annoying, time consuming and emotional wrecking. with the experience i feel the Makro manager is so inconsiderate to his customers, he does not have a communicating skills, he also causes an unnecessary conflict between his staff and his customers of which he does not take full responsibility of and he is not able to resolve the issues in his store as it arises. I have been shopping at Makro Crown Mines for the past eight years and I have never experience such drama during my shopping. I understand customers have a tendency of filling trolleys and leaving them but imagine wasting 2 to 3 hours of shopping and getting 8 trolleys for fun as if we have nothing better to do whilst that shopping is part of us being at work and leaving them like its all fun and games. Unless they are perishables on the trolleys but you cannot just remove items from the trolleys without giving it enough time to wait for the customer to come back and pay for it even night staff can certainly do the re-packing of such trolleys if clients went AWOL. Now we had to buy some things in double and we left some of the things because of frustration and being unattended and ignored.
I only made one call and i recrived a good service in just less than an hour. In the beginning the whatsApp communication was poor but i was helped quicker thereafter. Im very happy aboug Miway as my car insurance. Thank you very much MiWay team you are the best.
I am happy with how they resolved my unhappiness about my premium review. I am very satisfied about the amount they came up with in order for me to have the leftover funds for food.♥️♥️♥️
