Thank you for the response, was dealing with Edson starting the 21st Jan, found a car in tokia that I liked but as I am almost 250km outside cpt we arranged that the following Friday i would come to Cape Town to test drive. With the understanding and agreement that the vehicle would be roadworthy and ready for me to take it that Friday the 21st (paying for the vehicle of course)as I didn't want to drive out again. Only thing is that I would drive the car with temp plates home until the send me the disc and paper. Everything was arranged for Fri at 10am, so I paid someone to take me and early Friday morning I get a whatsapp saying can I come at 2pm instead. No problem, hung out in cpt to pass the time and arriving at 2pm I was informed there is an issue with the front wheel bearing and the car must still go for roadworthy. I was upset and asked for the manager cause there was no way I was coming back again. Spoke to Wavell Blake who somehow talked me into paying for the car in full with the fast talking of it can be sorted and they will bring the car to Worcester Renault where I can collect the following thurs 29th at midday Come thursday the issues started, we arranged to meet at 10 am to deliver the vehicle at renault Worcester. After 8 he sent me a voice note to say he must just collect the disc and will be there by two pm. Close to 2pm he messaged again to say can we meet at 5pm instead. Remember I don't have a car so relying on someone to take so they have to wait for me etc. Anyway, arrived at 5pm at dealership in Worcester and no sign of him. Called him only to be told he is still in cpt. I must be honest and say I lost it, I jyst hung up and called the manager Wavell who was trying to use every excuse from them being busy, to they have to wait for licensing etc. But my issue was this is what we arranged and they are wasting my time. Only after I said I want to cancel the deal and refund my money did he kind of say ok it will definitely be delivered by today. This is the worst service I have ever received and all the arrangements came from them not me settling settling times and deliveries. Usually I go check reviews online but I thought Kia tokia is reputable but now I know I was wrong. The car finally arrived today after 12 but this whole saga left me disgusted in their service. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Their website boast delivery of between 3to5 day. Two weeks later and still waiting. Berm told its at the courier but fastway couriers only has an AI chat and it gets you nowhere. Buyers beware
Been waiting for them to deliver for a week. Their contact portal is no help and their AI chat just says they have the parcel but then closes the chat. No actual person to contact and no replies on emails. Pathetic service, would not recommend
Think I have been ****med out of monies. This company call looxlooma online. Paid and now following up on the details on there website. The number listed 0786589436 when answered says they don't own a company and the email address has no response. Please do not buy from this company.
Worst online experience ever. Took forever to deliver, then half of my order arrived. And since then I have been struggling to get my other part of order. Keep getting told it will be dispatched, then after a few days I am asked to explain the whole saga again and a new person says it will be dispatched. Would not recommend
I wish there was negative stars... total **** this business, order and paid nearly two weeks ago and now they dont reply on any of their contact info. So I guess I am out R600, do jot use this business. ****MERS!!!!!!!!!!
Worst experience ever! trying to return a product I was not happy with and wanted to get a refund. They collected the item quickly but just closed Mt ticket with the note concluded. For several days now I only get automated ticket response. I am so over Takealot ,they can keep that monies and see what happens. I am so done with online shopping with them. Will take my business somewhere else
Ordered something online and the company used JRT Enterprise as a courier. Firstly after a week of not receiving my package and their tracking app saying it's at the depot i emailed JRT and got no response. I then called the company I ordered from who managed to get hold of them and was told my parcel was delivered yesterday although their app still shows its at the depot. After several emails it finally came to light that it was delivered to the WRONG PERSON,WRONG ADDRESS and as for their tracking system I never got an answer to that. So now my personal details are floating around out there. I cancelled the order and for future reference I will be enquiring from who I buying from who they use as couriers cause I definitely won't be using them if JRT Enterprises is being used. Do better, how do get the address and contact person wrong!

Amazing service, firstly shoes was delivered withing 3 days, then when I had to exchange it there was no hassle and within the week I had my new size. Lady on the whatsapp number was very friendly and followed up every step of the process. Will def recommend and use again. Thanks shoe street
