Terrible Customer Service - Beds Sink
Shocking customer service from Cloud Nine! My gran bought a bed which sunk within the first few months, she then complained and they gave her an option of giving her another one - which she had to pay in for. The second bed didn't even last as long as the first one. Cloud Nine does not live up to their promises and are just full of excuses when it comes to fixing a problem. Definitely don't recommend buying a cloud nine.0 replies
