Intercape pay what you owe
Intercape I lost my parcel worth R11, 200 containing my nieces school clothes for her East London trip on the 28 May 2026 Waybill is 01716735 On the 24th of May 2026 staff told me "Parcels fell from the bus". Now they saying "bus was under attack" and they refuse to pay. They offered me R1000 +R180 refund refund as "Gesture of goodwill" and claim their waybill waives all claims. This is ********. Section 51 of the Consumer Protection Act says the CANNOT waive liability for gross negligence. Losing children's school items my foune is gross of negligence. I formally rejected R1000 and Demand full R11, 200 by 4th of June 2026. These were urgent items for a minor. R1000 doesn't cover one tracksuit. Their story keeps changing and they won't provide for the Alleged "Attack" I have Escalated to the National Consumer Commission. Intercape, pay for the goods you lost. "GOODWILL" does not replace legal liability.

Intercape I'm very hurt and sooo disappointed on the 24th of May 2026 i went to collect my parcel wich was sent Saturday. Upon my arrival i was told that they do not have my parcel, that some of the customers parcel fell from the bus and that i will be contacted. This Saddens me as i have been using intercape for years and my important belongings and my children school things for their school trip wich is this week are there I'm deeply hurt 😭 😭 😭 0684288353 this is my number

I Have a bad experience a Lewis stores,, I'm deeply hurt Lewis deducted my money on my account last month and there was no refund when i complain about it until this day😭😭now they deduct the money a huge amount as i write it down now,,, it's worse that i don't owe Lewis anything as for deduction of my money every time,,,,, i Regret to tell people and anyone to wish to have any deals with Lewis to please think twice,,, I'm sooo hurt and angry 😡 right now because the money they took on my account is for my child school and i need it now

Ikhokha i was hoping by this time we won't talk about my money for Referrals, you keep promising to pay me every time i write here butafter that nothing except for telling me you will to the matter is for how many years now?instead you keep on ignoring me
Ikhokha i was hoping by this time we won't talk about my money for Referrals,you keep promising to pay me everytime i write here but after that nothing on my side not even a single person who is bother to help me.instead you're ignoring me .it's been a 3rd year now and 4th that I'm writing here.i will never advice or convince people to join the team Ikhokha they don't care about their referral service shame .

I'm using ikhokha for year's now and I'm happy with everything except the Referral program they failed me on that one.ive been waiting more than 2 years now they don't even bother to call me and arrange about my Referrals and lots of people are soo interested in doing business with them but i can't really convince anyone to join the team because I'm also disappointed in them ,iKhokha pay my Referrals money please

I'm coming here for the 3rd time today,iKhokha has never paid me my money for Referrals it's been years now complaining about this,they will come here saying the team will sort it out but nothing I'm very upset because I'm still using them in my business but on the Referrals side I'm truly not happy,Ikhokha please pay me my Referral money please don't dent your image because of this,I'm soo disappointed in you.please do the right thing and pay my money

Ikhokha failed me it's been years I'm with them but now I'm very disappointed with the Referral program since last year I've been referring people 4 of them and I've never get any cent as i was working hard,they told me to wait a period of 30 day with was starting 2022 until this day they never pay me,all my clients are still using their machines but on my side I'm not happy at all,Ikhokha sales team is ignoring my calls and my sms on what's up ,even now i have too many clients that are interested of buying machines since is festive season but I'm no longer have energy to assist them to Ikhokha because the service i have receive is very bad i wish they don't do that as we trying so hard to convince clients but they never paid my R2000 for my four clients it really hurts
