I would like to extend gratitude for exceptional service with a battery replacement from Garth in Supa Quick Montague gardens Cape Town. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to get me sorted. I definitely will be coming back in the near future for all my car necessities
If you want to know how it feels like using what feels like “back door insurance” ,you may go ahead and take your chances with MiWay I am driving a car with a part missing after an accident because I was told by their supplier \3rd party I can make use of the car And this would’ve been week 4 of being without a car No communication done of what’s been happening just “you can come get the car, we were going to explain when you came to pick up your car” Emotionally I am over this, financially, just revoke the axcess to compensate
I have honestly had the worst experience\service ever imagined, my car is till not back and we are now 3 weeks in no communication from my insurance, 3rd party has just ordered parts I cannot wait for this whole ordeal to be over so I search for new insurance I have just asked for ombudsman to reopen this case and look into it, I can’t believe I’ve spent R10000 on excess and much more on Ubers because no one is playing their part. Definitely do not recommend
