You dont get hold of them
I never showed interest or contacted this company in any way , yet they send me OTP to confirm my cellphone number. When I try to call the number on the website I am unable to speak to a person to get answers. They also called me several times without speaking

Terrible beyond words.
Installation scheduled and rescheduled 2 times already without communication. No response when u contact them.
