This insurance is a ****m im in a process of submitting a complaint with Ombudsman about them right now ,I requested a call back i never received any from their complaint department.
My car was at Durban central panelbeaters for the past 4 months due to parts which I understand is out of their control which Tamar explained to me from when she took over my vehicle as she was not my service advisor from the beginning, I was really starting to give up hope, however my service advisor Tamar came along to the rescue. It was her impeccable communication and updates that kept me going. She constantly updated me where my car was and what stage it went thru. I really want to salute her for doing her best to help me and always being so friendly even when I was giving her a hard time. She really shows what customer service is all about and it is about taking control. My car looks good 👍 thank you. Thank you for pushing my car that means so much.
