Multichannel keeps on disconnecting my services, though proof of payment was sent through, I was called by a Team Leader Thobeka Mhlongo who has advised that my escalation query has been resolved on 13 July 2022, funny enough I was disconnected again on 17 July and I am told by Nolwazi Mzimande to pay R370 no proper explanation on how that monies accumulated. Nolwazi also have guts to say but 370 is a small amount! Team leaders are always in meetings, they don't have time to attend to clients complains and no one is held accountable, staff always say different things which contradicts each other. I am quiet dossappinted and I regret a decision of taking out a Contract with Multichoice, If consultants can't help, Team leaders can't help, who should be in a position to help? My request is simple: Allocate my Funds backdated to last month and reactivate my dish!! Yours Angry Client:
