Terrible service received. They charge 100% non-refundable ticket purchase on all flights. As a first-time passenger they do not send you a flight boarding pass. They send you something that look like a pass. You need to pick up your pass once at the airport. When complaining you receive your Flight ref number as a complaint reference. You cannot even get through on their landline number which does not even exist.
I am a concerned customer and very unhappy today. One of SA's biggest cellular companies they do not have a complaints process. I am struggling today with a third party they have appointed which I must contact for their sales contract with Mtn. No one can call me back or let me talk to a manager. After 2 decades with this company it's sad to have experienced my first compliant and dissatisfaction I have with them. Please call me .
