Paid R30k for repair after diagnosis, but engine fault returned within 24 hours. Dealer misdiagnosed the issue, demanded further payment for a new quote for something that was not in the initial quote , kept my car for two weeks unresolved and the Service Manager was rude and unprofessional. I had to follow-up every time for my car . They misdiagnose the car and except you as the customer to pay for their Incompetence .
Never again , service is very bad . I wish I had checked the reviews before buying . It’s been over 3 weeks and have not received my order and they are not even responding. Not worth it
Bought a stove online and was delivered faulty. Bad customer service took them 2 weeks just to arrange for collection and still waiting for refund till today. Never again , their online shopping is the worst.
