This is the second time I’ve serviced my car with you. Like last time, I asked for a drop-off at work. Previously you accommodated me, but today I was told my workplace is 'too far' and overheard comments about petrol being expensive. If this is against policy, it should have been communicated the first time. The inconsistency caused me to be late and has left me very unhappy. I was planning to buy my next car from you, but I will not be returning after this experience.
Telkom cellphone contract. Till this day I haven't received my contract, they haven't debited and my profile is getting ruined by your poor customer services that never answer the calls. The worst service provider ever.
