I had ordered a Kidswheels 12V 3 Series Ride On Car - Red for my son, as his birthday was on December 21, the car was delivered way in advance of his birthday, on the eve of his birthday I took the car out of the box to charge it before he had to ride it, Unfortunately the car did not charge, resulting in me having to return it. I contacted SA Scooters and they were gracious and courteous enough to initiate an exchange, so they organised to have the car picked up and a new charged and assembled one would be brought to us. They sent a confirmation email with the tracking number and which carriers name
Back in August after I got retrenched I missed two premiums on my mothers funeral plan. I contacted Hollard life to inform them of this and to let them know when to debit my account. That went well. I again missed two premiums again and I again I informed Hollard of this. Knowing my situation I was informed that the policy had lapsed and that to reactivate the policy there was a waiting period of 3 months. This really upsets me as I was the one who contacted them to let them know about my situation and after I had been paying them since November 2011. I informed the lady on the phone that if I had to wait for another 3 months I would rather get all my premiums dating back November 2011. I feel betrayed and cheated,, especially because I have done what is in my power to let them know of my situation and to inform them as to when they can debit the premiums again in my account. I had the same issue with 1Life direct and they were awesome, they simply informed me that they would track my account and debit when money was available. Why cant Hollard extend that same courtesy. I am livid and extremely frustrated with them and they again leave a bitter taste in my mouth.
Its amazing how I have to go on Hello Peter in order for anyone at Capitec to call or even bother to email me. I am so tired of typing out my issue over and over and over again. Can someone from Capitec bank call me urgently please!!!
Last week I had sent my second complaint of the same issue to only be sitting at my desk on a Wednesday to send yet another complaint.<br> <br> Momentum wrote the following : The letter we received needs to include the following:<br> <br> - Capitec Bank needs to specify that they have FICA'd you according to Section 21 and 22 of the Financial Intelligence Act.<br> <br> Then we can accept the letter. The one we received does not specify the above.<br> <br> I then forwarded the email exactly as it was to Capitec bank and again nothing, after 2 days.<br> <br> I am appalled yet again. I sent the email to Ayanda on Monday as I received it from Momentum. No response from Ayanda or anyone from Capitec
This is my second complaint for the same issue. Their Service is appalling on a serious note. On July 17 I walked in to ask for a letter from my bank stating that the institution had KYCed me as according the FICA Act, Ok so you would expect that to be simple right? Especially because Capitec Bank is a bank right....? Guess not with Capitec. I kept getting the wrong letter in two separate occasions. I honestly felt like strangling someone there.<br> I even took it upon myself to email them exactly what momentum had requested from them.One institution to another right. Nope Capitec still got it wrong, even sent gave me a letter where \upon"was \""apon\"". I was disgusted really. So Maybe this second letter to Hello Peter will do the trick..... Maybe ....."""
I would like to complain about Capitec bank especially the Goodwood branch. Friday the 17th of July I went into Goodwood Mall Capitec branch to ask for them to write up a document stating that the bank had FICAed me in terms of the act of which no bank statement or client profile is allowed. All of this was requested by Momentum, to proceed with a loan application. The consultant called their Head office spoke to a lady who then informed me over the phone that I would receive the document within 7 days as an email. Well today is the 2 August 2015 and its way past the 7 days and I still have not heard or received anything from the bank. I have bills waiting for me and still nothing and my application is just hanging.<br> This is really unprofessional of Capitec bank and extremely inconsiderate of them to do this.<br> When I called the bank to find out exactly what was going on. Amazingly no one knew anything about it. No one could help me. I even sent an email out to them stating to please let me know what is going on with the document and till now this very day nothing.<br> <br> My faith in Capitec bank has been lost completely. Super disappointed and really considering moving banks
The past 2 months have been hell on earth for us. This is the post my boss wrote on their page and still no response from them.<br> <br> \Your service is the worst in SA! Asked to cancel my contracts and no one even BOTHERED to ask why. WHY? Because I have 4 handsets THAT DONT WORK! 3 months back and forth with your pathetic call centre - all claiming its the handsets. Well I've had 3 different handsets THAT ALSO DONT WORK! Do u think that someone at your sorry excuse for a company can call me TO SORT MY PROBLEM OUT? How can I run a business without phones? No one at your branch or your call centre seem to understand this? Well done Neotel
Pick n Pay Goodwood treated me like a friend and not a customer.<br> On Sunday I had to receive money from their Mobile System and I forgot my pin, Unfortunately the call centre had already closed and nothing further could be done. I asked for the manager and he was there at the speed of light.<br> <br> I then informed him about the urgency of the money, that I needed to get food and travel to work tomorrow.<br> Anele (the manager) was awesome. He was so humane about everything. He told me to get myself something to eat from the store and he will arrange transport for me tomorrow morning.<br> <br> I got myself something to eat and surely enough the next morning, he arranged with his own car to get me to work.<br> If that is not ubuntu, if that is not humanity, then I dont know what is.<br> I am so humbled beyond words at the service I received at Pick n Pay Goodwood.
