MTN pathetic service
MTN does not want to take responsibility for their mistakes.my home router was suspended so I went in store to hand it.But the person assisting me says they cannot accept this in-store as it was taken via online.The problem is while this is happening I am being billed for the months that I was suspended According to how this should work is month to month but MTN does its own way of robbing their clients.

Terrible service
Nedbank has placed my account on fica hold twice but has received the relevant data.They don't respond in time to complaints and don't care much about their service to clients I have moved over to them not even 1month but am disappointed in my choice.

System info not updated
I paid up my Capitec loan account in full in October 2020 and up to now Hammond pole has not updated my information on Capitecs systems to say that the loan has been settled in full.i contacted them for assistance but get sent back to Capitec and in which get told that Hammond pole is responsible to clear this of my name.They services are pathetic I am totally disgusted by this.Its 2 years and they have not updated my name.I have paid up letters which they required to see.I was told last week again they will escalate the matter buy still no feedback.The service received from them absolutely appalling.
