Hi All To be clear this company is called Sound X perience. Beware!! - don't get caught. Read other reviews before placing an online order @ soundX.co.za or soundxshop. My experience is as follows. Placed an online order as below. "see extract." see below. The Sound X Perience Online Shop <***>Hi Vaughn, Just to let you know — we've received your order #104917, and it is now being processed: [Order #104917] (July 26, 2025) Product Quantity Price Denon DCD-600NE CD Player (Black) 1 R6,690.00 Thank You, We Are Currently Processing Your Order. You Will Receive Your Order Within 3-7 Working Days. The due date came and went, no communication. I called in numerous times. Was told initially, no we will give you the new model wen it arrives, (at the same price, by now i had done some research, and opted for a refund. its now 14 September, no response to emails, no luck on the phone either, Dealt with a guy De wet. To date, no response from this company, Beware, If I do get a response, I will update. A warning to all. best regards Vaughn.

Very Good service from Leroy CT airport... fast upgrade, good information well attended to .. the upgrade to the Toyota Urban Cruiser was a great idea.. Thanks guys --- fast and effective
