Bad customer service

Credit card enquiries
The service Mom received at Woolworths Dundee was not professional. She had a problem with her Credit card, they told her that she must go to ABSA then we went to ABSA, when we get there they told us to go back to Woolworths, so now we confused what should we do coz we open the account at Woolworths not ABSA. Someone is busy using the Credit card and it charges us. Please assist0 replies

Staff Harassment
Around 10:45 am on the 3rd of October, one of the managers at Shoprite Dundee was harassing one of the staff named Thandeka Nsele. Swearing at her in front of the customers. Calling her by names. All customers were shocked of her behavior. Can anyone please try to find this manager. Her name is Nelly Mazibuko, she's a Branch Manager.0 replies

2 years back I took the DSTV Internet contract and the service I got, I wasn't happy about it up until I decided to cancel the contract. Now I'm left with their Router which I paid for it. Now it's mine but I can't use it with other service providers. Why?3 replies
