Its been months without being helped.. as a former employee..still have not received my money.
am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the lack of assistance I have received concerning my claim submitted through FirstRand Momentum. I have made several attempts to seek assistance by sending emails, but to date, I have not received any meaningful response or support. This has caused significant frustration and concern, as my matter remains unresolved with no clear communication or guidance from your team. I find it unacceptable that despite my efforts to follow the correct channels, my queries have not been attended to. As a client, I expect timely communication, transparency, and efficient service.. please help
Best hair girl are ****mers , why are they giving us hair that is trash, we pay with out hard earned money. Bought a 10inch vietnames hd lace sdd wig , nd the quality of this hair is trash please refund me or give me a proper wig !!!!

My very first time using this app and im NOT HAPPY!!!!! I made a purchase with homechoice using pay just now.. i have been waiting for my order for weeks only to find out that homechoice has no record of my order but money went Through. somebody please help me!
I ordered from homechoice weeks ago, i tried tracking my order but it says order not found, ive sent multiple emails to them trying to find out whats delaying my order but in struggling to het ahold of them. Its really unfair on a customer. Not even any communication on my order!!!! I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH HOME CHOICE , i would not recomend It at all. THe service is bad nd i trully was excited for my order but not anymore! Please do something.

I ordered a powerbank , firstly they delivered the wrong power bank , secondly when we try to return the item we get a message that the item can not be returned.. that is totally wrong nd makro does not value their customers!!!! The lady that works at the office is VERY VERY RUDE. She was shouting the whole time.She would not even give us a chance to speak . She spoke to us as parents as though we are one of the learners . Very disrespectful for an old Tanie.
Bad experience with bankmed. Im having a horrible maternity leave because of bankmed and its bad service…im devastated!!
The service at Department of home affairs Standerton is EXCELLENT. Im Super satisfied .. i would rate them 100 stars if i could. We got there everything was done perfectly, the staff was amazing. We wer assisted by a lady by the name of “mazet” she helped us so quickly and her energy was on a 100. THANK YOU SO MUCH STANDERTON HOME AFFAIRS ..
