Make Najean Laing a manager already. This man knows how to do sales. He’s very professional, friendly and helpful. I was ready to walk away because of the treatment I received from king price. This time around Najean Laing picked up the call and was able to change my mind. Very good service from him.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Travis seems like he’s gonna help you till the end until the offer has been signed. After that he doesn’t respond to anything. To this day, 4 months into our home, we still don’t have the house plans that we were promised. He doesn’t respond to emails. If you can, find another agency for your house purchase, fine and country has been a headache for us. They are not even responding to the previous owners who is also trying to get us the house plans we are owed.

Horrible policy. I cancelled my policy with them and they still deducted my money. When I asked them to refund they told me that I will get it in +-7-14 days. More than 14 days passed, called them more than twice after that I get sent there and there and get put on hold for more than 30 minutes. Mind you, I’m calling with my airtime. I’m still waiting for them to refund me to this day. Please stay away from them, if they do this with your money, imagine how they deal with claims. I’m thankful I cancelled with them sooner.

To say I am disappointed is an understatement. After waiting for +- a week for the stroller to be delivered we received the wrong colour. I have logged in a return request and still waiting for them to action it after 2 days. You send incorrect items and still take your time to correct your mistake. This is ridiculous. I have no idea why they can't communicate when they don't have what you want and ask you to choose something else. What does one have to do to get good service here???
We bought a Belecoo Baby 3 in 1 Foldable Pram with a Diaper Bag on the 15th August. 2 weeks went by without anything happening to the order except “Order confirmed”. We called to find out what’s happening, we were told there’s no stock. So if we didn’t follow up we wouldn’t have known. They told us that they have escalated query to the relevant department. Still days went by with no communication. We called again and were told that we will get refund. We are still waiting for that refund. I’m very disappointed with the service by Makro, very unprofessional. At this point, I would like to know what can we do to get our money back.
