No such thing as get rewarded for good financial behavior
Old mutual rewards is a myth There is no rewards for the members as advertised.it is all for display, I have funeral policy with old mutual for couple of years now and money account, Yet no such thing as rewards from them..No help from the branch,Just adviced to download the App,Useless App, even worse can not get hold of their head office..No cash back Nothing for being a Member of Old Mutual1 reply

Disappointed with Vodacom after paying my contract for 3 years and Rude consultants
What a terrifying service i get from Vodacom Terrible and upsetting after paying Vodacom for 3 years without missing a single payment and when the contract ends now in May ,i am told that i will still be deducted for two months because i did not call vodacom to call the contract although I had agreement with them for a term of the contract, The call center agent were very rude and telling me about being placed in bad credits while i have been paying for 3 years month month without errors, and the only thing they are concerned about is me doing and upgrade, How do i upgrade the contract with a company does not care about the interests of its own customers Bad service now after such a long time of being your Customer2 replies

Great service from T Zuma Old Mutual West-gate
Great service from Thania Zuma Old Mutual West-gate, Great customer service and very friendly, Big heads up for that service However the branch is ICE COLD, No air cons or heaters, I was freezing for the time i spent at that branch I really wonder who that staff survive in a working space like that, The management needs to do something about this situation please3 replies
