Ignoring that they still owe me money and evidence
It's been over a week now where Tempest have not given me any of the feedback or evidence I requested, they're unwilling to refund my deposit and are ignoring me completely. This is an extremely dishonest company that will try to ***** your deposit. Be very wary of choosing this company people. I urge you to go for a different rental agency instead.3 replies

Dishonest company and will ***** your money. They will ****** you for as much as possible.
It's seems that it's becoming a very common complaint where damage magically appears after you drop the car off and their inspection agent clears it. I personally went through the same thing where they would mail hours and hours later that new damage suddenly appeared, even though you dropped the car off and it was cleared. They refuse to give any evidence and only give generic responses. After a few days they'll just send an invoice and say that they decided to hold you liable, without providing any proof (I requested camera footage from when I dropped it off to prove that the damage was not there). Further to this, they will hound you for the money that on the invoice they send to you and refuse to give your deposit back as well. Disgusting and dishonest business. I hope you know that this is going to come back to you, Carmen Benjamin. Yours and this company's dishonesty will catch up to you.3 replies

RCS and Blue Label are *******
Do not take up any offers with RCS or affiliates. They are straight **** artists and will ***** money from you. Blue Label, in particular, are ******* and will ***** money from you without providing you anything in return. If RCS or any affiliates phone you, hang up the phone immediately.4 replies

RCS and Blue Mobile are nothing but a bunch of *******.
Do not trust RCS. Do not do business with them. Do not open an account with them. They have allowed a company called Blue Mobile to start taking money off of my RCS account WITHOUT MY CONSENT and are not willing to correct this. Blue Mobile is not willing to correct this either. They are blatant ******* and this company will ***** from you. AVOID OPENING AN ACCOUNT WITH ANYTHING RCS RELATED.1 reply

Legal threats after three years without any contact?!
I cancelled services in February of 2020, and NOW I'm receiving legal threats from lawyers that I owe money, despite no follow ups or anything since then and having spoken to a consultant that there was nothing due. How the hell? DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!0 replies

Unwillingness to refund because their systems were down.
I am currently on OnePlan's medical insurance for my pet. I pay your debit order religiously every month and have not missed a single one. While your systems are down and I'm unable to access the day to day care for my pet, I used my own funds to pay for the bills. You have now proven your unwillingness to refund me even though I have sent the documents through to you more than once. Not impressed right now.1 reply
