I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I continue to receive from Huge TNS. For years, I have been paying for a service that is simply not up to standard. The line quality is consistently poor — calls are unclear, and communication is unreliable. Despite raising this issue multiple times and even going as far as purchasing new phones to rule out device problems, nothing has improved. What is even more frustrating is the lack of proper support. This morning, I contacted your offices and was assisted by a gentleman named Evidence, who referred me to Shantel. Unfortunately, Shantel does not answer her calls, leaving me without any assistance or resolution. It is unacceptable to expect customers to continue making full payments at month-end while receiving such poor service and inadequate support. At this stage, I am also requesting recommendations for alternative, reliable service providers, as I am seriously considering moving away from Huge TNS due to the ongoing issues. I am requesting urgent intervention to resolve these problems. If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate it further. #PoorService #CustomerExperience #HugeTNS
Nupay is one of the useless service provider,the so called accounts managers are nowhere to be found. any alternative in the market?
