I paid for overnight of critically important documents from George to CT. Its the end of day 2 and nothing has arrived Even worse, I have made three calls to their consumer help line and have been cut off every time after a whole lot of explaining and re-explaining. They make Telkom look efficient. A very poor show indeed......suggest use a different courier company
I bought an "OpenView" decoder online from PnP. It didn't work so I contacted customer service and let them know. They said they had referred it to online issues who would resolve for me. Naturally that department never contacted me. About a week or so later I received an email from PnP saying the complaint had been 'resolved and closed'. Nothing has progressed and I sent an email to that effect which is unanswered 10 days later. All I can say is that PnP are a hopeless mess who have led to their own demise....... poor processes, led by poor mgt and executed by misled, poor staff. They deserve the bankruptcy they will eventually get.
In an industry where many companies offer the same thing for the same price, customer service is the only differentiator. Matrix, however, gave me appalling service all round, from getting back to me, to telephone manner, to internal admin disasters on their side Don't use Matrix

My partner has now wasted 2 hours on an attempt to get onto Discovery Health med aid. Every time the consultant asks for her details and the lengthy explanation of her situation and then says they'll put her through and after 10 minutes or so of music and 'hold' she is cut off. For such a large corporate to behave like telkom is a joke
I have had 2 appalling purchase experience from this useless company. They never communicate and usually there is an issue with the order which they don't follow up with you. Avoid them like the plague
