Ok so I'm done with rain, I experienced poor network and they told me I'll be credited for the downtime since it was 2 weeks with no connection. To my surprise my bill was never credited and they keep ignoring my emails and calls are not answered. It always seems like I've got a complain. Can I compliment you for once. No help and no communication from them so I'm done.

Poor everything

It's been almost 2 weeks now, network has been going on and off and still getting told that technicians are busy with the issue. What disappoints me the most is that I must still pay the full amount, even though network has been down for most of the times. I have to go out and buy data whereas I have data that I pay for that does not work. Rain has lost a customer because the service is poor same as the network. They should have just advised that the 5G network is poor in my area then i should have opted for something else. I've missed a lot of things and money.

Bad service

Very bad experience got a contract from them with Telkom its been a month now my Sim hasn't been activated, they tell me I must go to a telkom store to do a Sim swap, been to telkom and they can't assist me because I do not have a number/contract according to their system and theres nothing they can do to assist me. Countless times I've tried to get assistance but none.
