Poor Support and Endless Delays
My experience with fly.cool has been incredibly frustrating. Communication is almost nonexistent, emails go unanswered, WhatsApp responses come very late (if at all), and there’s no contact number to actually speak to someone. At this point, you end up relying on the bare minimum updates from their channels, which just isn’t good enough. The lack of responsiveness and support makes the whole experience feel like a complete mess. Really disappointing service.

Debonairs Pizza

Violated my privacy.
Debonairs pizza has not done anything with regards to the fact that their delivery man gave a stranger (a man) my contact details, who later called me, wanting to see where I live as I assume we live in the same complex. This was a violation of my privacy, their policy and my safety. I informed the organisation, however, they have not given me any feedback. This happened on the 4th of December 2021.
