I wish I could find the words to describe how much of a joy it has been to work with Alyssa. She is professional, communicates exceptionally well, and went out of her way for my wife and me. What truly sets her apart is that she puts her heart into everything she does — she genuinely cares about her clients. Thank you, Alyssa, for all your assistance.

Working with JSP was truly seamless—from viewing the available rental, through the application process, all the way to moving in. My wife and I have never had such an amazing experience. Alyssa, our agent, was incredibly sweet, patient, and helpful throughout every step. Her communication and professionalism are outstanding, making us feel supported and valued. Even after we moved in, she continues to check in and offer assistance whenever possible. This level of care has made our experience with the company outstanding.

Ordered SIM card
I lost my SIM card earlier this month and immediately placed another order but I have been waiting for it to be delivered for 2 weeks now. Please assist! I can’t be paying for something I barely used at the end of the month
