I first emailed Imvubo Lodge (Richards Bay Caravan Park) on 17 March 2026 to enquire about a quote to camp from 20 to 27 Dec 2026. I received a response the same day. On 24 March 2026 I asked to book a certain spot but no response was received on 24 March 2026. I phoned the lodge on 25 March 2026 and they told me to resend the e-mail which I did. I am still waiting to book a spot for December but nobody is assisting me....
I ordered an item from Makro on Sat 14 Feb 2026. They promised that they will deliver on Sat 21 Feb 2026. On Sat 21 Feb I sent them an e-mail because the item was not delivered as promise. Makro promised to investigate. Today is Monday 23 Feb 2026. Nothing has been delivered. I would not order from Makro againg.
I have been trying to change my debit order date since 2 May 2025. No response from Old Mutual. Today is 3 June 2025. My debit order date has not been changed. I have sent more than 5 e-mails, and every time I get a response that "we are attending to your query". I simply want to pay my debit orders but nobody at Old Mutual is interested to assist me. I want to give money to Old Mutual, they are not interested to provide a customer service. Bad choice.
