My name is Nelisiwe Radebe contact no *** i had an account with Foschini and by the time i could not be able to pay my account i was owing about R7000 that was in 2022, in 2023 i was contacted by IDC/FTI on behalf of foschini and i agreed to make arrangements with them to pay R300 of which they made a stop order. so last month i checked how much was my balance i saw R16 000 and i went straight to foschini Vaalmall they gave me this numbers *** so that i call idc myself. when i call that number they tell me to go back to Foschini and call them when im in store, i've never been this frustrated in my life.

last month on 01 January 2022 i Paid R358 because they said my account is in arrears. yesterday I received a message that i have to to pay R358 because my account is in arrears I tried calling more than 5 times no one answers my call. I'm very disappointed about their service
