I was comming from Pretoria to randfontein so ask the driver to drop me at the garage at BP randfontein because I was so pressed and needed a toilet so when I get there I went inside and ask the cashier for a toilet she said I must go and ask outside so I went outside and asked one of the petrol attended they said their toilets they are closing them at 6 I was expecting them to tell me that the toilet its R2 or R5 just like any other garages it was late I asked where can I go then but he didn't even care, I am a woman it's not easy as a woman to just go around the corner to help ourselfs like man I am very disappointed with this garage
I had a bad experience yesterday 02/04/2023 at the above mentioned stores, I called Makro Silver Lakes in the morning to check if they have stock on the defy 8kg top loader which was on promotion, I spoke to Itumeleng, she said she has 3 and will keep aside for me as I will be coming to purchase the machine same day, she was so friendly, when the transport arrived before we started off I called again then asked to speak to Itumeleng again so I can confirm if she still kept the washing machine for me, she said she still keeping it for me So I thanked her and told her I'm on my way to the store and we where driving from Soshanguve. Ok when we arrived there I ask for Itumeleng because I spoke to her I told her I am here for the washing machine she said I must wait after few minutes she called me only to find out that someone gave the machine to another customer it was not her fault as she was on the asking the other person why they did not speak to her before doing that because she ask them to reserve machine for me, I was so disappointed because I paid for the transportation to come to the store to pick up the machine As my day was getting worser I called customer care to check for me available stock at Makro Centurion they told me they have 8 stock on hand as I know that we can't rely on the system but we chanced and drove to Centurion, ok when we arrive there we told the salesperson that we need defy 8kg top loader the guy went to check then he said yes they do have in stock so I said I want to buy he wrote on the slip then he said we must go and pay after we must drive to the collection area, so we did that mind you when we where at the collection area waiting for about 10min after the guy took our collection slip when he comes he's asking us did they tell us what's wrong with this machines we said No we just got to the store and paid and to collect, he started saying this washing machine they have dents yoooooo Makro there's No customer service at all, he said before paying they suppose to ask us to come check the machine if we will be taking it Or not.. So they can negotiate for discount, I was so furious asking what kind of customer service they offer to customers, it was already 14:00 and the store was closed he said we must come tommorrow so that they can discount R300 for me I refused and asked them to refund me. So I went with the person who was assisting me inside the store to get the refund as we where inside I was thinking of the transportation that I paid to come collect for me the washing machine it will be a waist of money that I don't even have, I desided to take the dentted machine I am not happy at all and I don't think I will ever shop at Makro again.
