SA Relocations handles the pet relocation under JetPets a department of SA Relocation. So today after many mails and ignored phone calls we received or Refund but only partially an ammount of R42 000 est. after we paid R60 000 after begging for a breakdown it seems we paid R300 for sensitisation for 2 crates and we only had one training crate for 2 weeks which we cleaned our selfs, so wow how can we paid for 2 crates if we only had one? We were billed R1800 for vet Declarations and I did my homework that is the actual cost but JetPets are with holding the hard copies from us they then charge us Ofer R15 000 in admin fees for what for no service given to us how can they accept that we will accept it. The so cold admin fees are more then the required deposit fee. I'll think twice before signing and finalizing a deal with this company. Once again they can't disclosure their fees or give the so cald service that they promise. This company has no entegraty or care for their clients. They still owe me over R15 000 in so cold admin fees and I will not back down.

We are in the process of immigrating to Australia and got a quote from SA Relocation and their service from their agent was pleasant, he recommended we use JetPets for the relocation of our pets. JetPets is a sub division from SA Relocation and their quote was reasonable so we decided to accept the quote presented at the time. This was since October 2022 and we paid R60 000 mid January 2023 for JetPets to continue with the process of relocating our pets. I have been requesting a full breakdown of the quote and invoice of what was paid for thus far, I have requested an invoice noumuras times and even send examples of breakdown of other pet relocation companies breakdown of cost and eventually I received an invoice. The invoice stated we still need to pay R130 000. This was almost R80 000 more then what was agreed to. The original quote was between R104 000 and R115 000. I deliberately asked JetPets if all cost where included in the quote refering to cost in SA aswell as the Australia side. It took JetPets a while to confirm but they did confirm all costs where included in quote we accepted. After our shock seeing the increase of the quote we confronted JetPets as to why the cost have gone up and we have not agreed to any new costs. JetPets response was that their Australian agents cost increased and due to new Australian regulations their costs went up. We are very unhappy about the undisclosed cost and we opted out of using JetPets for the relocation of our pets we also demanded a full refund due to poor service and undisclosed additional costs. We requested proof of what was paid and if permit applications for our pets where done and it was a mission getting that information from JetPets as well. We got our pets original vet chart books back but they did not give us the Rabies declaration that was done by them by the state vet as they did mail us the forms but refuse to respond to me as to when I can come and collect the original forms which we need. They also can't show me what has been paid as jet and what not. We have been in constant communication with JetPets and I informed them I will be voicing my discarisfaction with their service and lack of disclosing all relevant fees. I gave them an ultimatum last week to pay back our money by close of business Friday before I voice my unhappiness and they requested I give them time till close of business Monday the 20th February, which I agreed to. Yet again I send mails following up requesting feedback on my pets rabies declaration and pirmit applications reference numbers and our refund. It was confirmed it will be done by close of business today 20th February. After waiting and following up JetPets request I send them my proof of banking and refund request form which was send to them on the 9th of February. At 17:15 JetPets request I resend forms via WhatsApp to their accounts department. I send it via WhatsApp and remailed it. JetPets not once sticked to their words and I have no faith in them. Still no refund was done and no forms was being made available, I am just being bruched off. JetPets will tell you I have been threatening them but all I wanted was to get my pets 2 doxies safety to Australia and on an affordable way as agreed and due to JetPets my pets will have to stay behind longer then planned, emotionally we are sadened as our dogs are our children and we trusted JetPets to assist us through this process and make us feel at ease but all we got was empty promises and disappointing service. I agreed not to voice my opinion on JetPets service unless we resolve all matters for all parties by close of business 17:00 but once again JetPets fail to adhere to agreements. I will think twice before considering JetPets for the relocation of your pets.
Send all my paid off settlement letters to them and they arranged my clearance certificate Hope they will send all to the credit berouce to clear my name.

I sold my car to them and they stated they will settle my installment at the bank a month later my vehicle is still not settled, they paid over R50 000 to MFC but there is still over R100 000 outstanding every time I follow up there is some sort of an excuse, like cash flow or not its, has been done they will follow up. How do you operate? worst is I have a Cartrack unit in the vehicle I sold to them which is still legally mine as it is still registered to my name since they have not settled and re-registered the vehicle. they have been driving around with it each day as I can still see the trip reports. I have now no other option but to get my attorney involved to get this mess sorted out and I will go fetch my vehicle today as well
The After sales at Cielo's is very poor - I cant relay say or write what I want to write a there are no words to describe my unpleasant experiences buying furniture from Cielo's - which is supposed to be an upmarket quality design furniture company. We bought the Hamilton patio set of R20 000 in December we had to pay for delivery fees which are normal I get that but I had to get someone to come and ensemble it as this was not told to me upfront. the one chair had its nail right through the armrest I complained and what a mission to get a new chair which I still don't have as their courier company cant deliver on agreed times and dates they come as they want. After lockdown, all companies want staff back at the office and I can't wait for a chair, I need an agreed date and time. I even went as far as to take the chair to the Brooklyn store after making arraignments since they don't want you to take the items back to the store as the stores are only for show basically. They were going to call me today to tell me when I can get my chair and still no answer. their solution was if they give me an R1000 voucher will I keep the chair. I don't pay R20 000 for a patio set with defaults!!!! In January I bought an office chair from them online and it was delivered with the same issues to top it all off the chair had no nuts and bolts to assemble it I also had to take it to Brooklyn and now I am waiting and waiting for my furniture. You might as well buy your furniture from Mr. Price and get better service than from a designer furniture shop that doesn't care about service after you pay. and the furniture is not in the same quality state as what you will see in the showroom. I gave Cielo's en enough time to assist me as I did worn them, ill wright, this revue and make sure people know about the bad service you can aspect from them -I want my furniture!!!
