ABSA IS USING SCRUPULOUS DMC TO LOOT ITS CUSTOMERS. I OWE R33 500 FOR ABSA CREDIT CARD. NOW DMC IS GIVING ME A SETTLEMENT OF R36 000. THEY JUST SAY I MUST PAY R36 000. AFTER MORE THAN 5 REQUESTS, THEY ARE REFUSING TO EMAIL ME THE SETTLEMENT LETTER. I don't owe DMC, I OWE ABSA. ABSA SHOULD SORT THIS OUT. THEIR **** COLLECTORS OTHERWISE THEY ARE DRAGGING DOWN ABSA'S REPUTATION.

INSTEAD OF A DISCOUNT, IT WAS AN INCREASE. KNOWING THAT THEY ARE TAKING ME FOR A RIDE, IT HAS TAKEN THEM MORE THAN 3 WEEKS TO PROVIDE ME WITH THE SETTLEMENT LETTER
I MADE AN ARRANGEMENT TO PAY THE ABSA ACCOUNT. THEY PROMISED TO EMAIL ME THE ARRANGEMENT LETTER. WE DID A DEBIT ORDER NOW THEY ARE REFUSING TO SEND ME THE CLEAR OFFICIAL ARRANGEMENT LETTER
I HIRED A CAR FROM AVIS, DOWNTOWN DURBAN, IN MID-JUNE. ON 22ND OF JUNE, THEY SENT ME AN INVOICE. I EXPECTED R5 143,96 REFUND. TILL TODAY, THEY ARE STILL KEEPING MY REFUND. FROM MID-JULY, I HAVE MADE SEVERAL CALLS TO THE BRANCH AND TO THE NATIONAL OFFICE. THEY SAID THEY WILL COME BACK TO ME. TILL TODAY THEY NEVER SAID A WORD. I THINK THIS IS THEIR ******* STRATEGY OF GENERATING INTEREST FROM CUSTOMERS' REFUNDS AND AVOIDING PAYING TAX. THEY WILL COME UP WITH **** STORIES AS USUAL TO COVER UP THEIR ******* ACTIVITIES
I HAD A CREDIT CARD WITH ABSA THEY TRANSFERRED IT TO MUNNIK BASSON DAGAMA Inc., ATTORNEYS (MBD), I PAID THE AMOUNT IN FULL. I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO GET THE PAID-UP LETTER. THE PERSON IN CHARGE, BY THE NAME OF ESTHER NAKANA, IS SENDING ME FROM PILLAR TO POST.. ABSA SHOULD TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ****** THAT THEY USE TO COLLECT THEIR DEBTS. I HAVE REPORTED THE MATTER TO ABSA IN THOHOYANDOU. ABSA HAS NOT FOLLOWED UP ON MBD, PARTICULARLY ESTHER NAKANA, WHO HAS LITERALLY *****ED ME R 7,000 IN THE NAME OF ABSA.. ABSA, A CREDIBLE BANK, IS NOT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT MY PLIGHT. I HAVE PAID IN FULL, NO TRCEIPT, NO RECOGNITION OF PAIMENT AND NO PAID-UP LETTER. WHY ABSA I QUIET WHEN THIR CLIENTS ARE BEING ABUSED BY THIR MBD ******?
NO REFUNDS AND NO FOR THE CAR HIRED ON THE 11 OF DECEMBER 2024 Avis offers worse service when it comes to refunds. They don't care, and they tell a lot of lies. I suspect they invest customers' refunds and make some cash from them before they release them to customers. refunds far too long that is why they keep customers. I think this should be reported.

I hired a car in Durban City on the 8th of August 9 (AGREEMENT NO 896734031); today is the 7th of September. I have not heard a word about my refund. according to the agreement, it takes up to 14 days, but now it is a whole month. I sent an email enquiring about it on Monday 2nd of September, till today. There is no response. Every time, I have to fight for a refund. last time, it took almost 2 months to get back my refund, and I was told so many lies about the company's leadership. NGCOBO
On the 23rd of July, I hired a car from Thohoyandou Branch and returned it at 8 a.m. on the 25th of July 2024 (REF: 987027775). I was told I would get back the deposit within 7-10 days. Seeing that the deposit was not returned back to me, I personally made an enquiry from the Durban branch on the 8th of August. They called the finance department, which said my funds had been paid back. They will have it reflected by Monday, the 12th of August. I made another enquiry on Monday the 12th; I was told it was paid to my account on that very Monday the 12th. Every time I make an enquiry, I'm told something different. On Wednesday 14th sent emails to customer care, Thohoyandou branch, the response was that they would do an investigation which will take 15/30 days and the branch said my funds were paid back to me by Monday 12th of August. Today is the 16th of August, still I have not received my deposit which is was told I will get it back in 7-10 days. I have been taken for a ride by Avis car rentals, and they have abused me to their highest ability. I was due for my medication on Wednesday. I could not go to the surgery because my funds are stuck with Avis. I had to surrender my policy, which will take 5 days, meaning I am out of medication until I get the funds from the surrendered policy because AVIS is sending me from Pilar to Post. I HIRED A CAR IN ON 10TH OF DECEMBER 2021 AND RETURNED IT ON 13TH OF DECEMBER. BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY R4 000 REFUND TILL TODAY. I HAVE WHATSAPP, CALLED, EMAILED, PERSONALLY VISITED AND EVEN INVOLVED LAWYERS BUT THEY DONT PAY. THEY PROMICED MY LAWYERS THAT THEY WILL PAY IT ON THE 12TH OF FEBRUARY 2022 BUT THEY DIDNT. THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND LIARS.
