PT alarms harrasment

I have been harrased by one of thier staff members she calls me from thier company landline and swears and speaks rudely. This women by the name of Denise has no experience however she has gotten a job as a team leader in the Control room because she is sleeping with one of the managers. She did not even have an interview done all was sent on WhatsApp. And what's more disturbing was that she was fired from previous company Mzanzi for doing *****ulent things of customers profiles. She only has 1 month experience in total in a security company yet pt alarms trusts this type of people to look after out homes and businesses. Iv escalated this matter multiple times however I get ignored. This company has no ethics or values and I would not recommend them to anyone. If they can allow thier employees to use thier landline to call and swear people. They hire people not on skill out merit but by sleeping wihh managment.
