They have horrible s...
They have horrible staff and just to name one Fenton Govender who harassed and swore at me in Montford shopping center earlier this year.....A very rude and characterless person with no morals or values what so ever,How do you'll employ people of such low value has staff,He was stinking of ****,Is that what you guys employ to protect homes,people and businesses these days, Absolutely terrible

Guards are rude and ...
Guards are rude and arrogant, Female Indian guard slandered my wife and child last year in Chatsworth mall along with her Co workers, Barbaric behavior, Is this how these ********* goons behave towards a women and child, The female guard used a loud voice asking my wife WHAT WILL U DO AND SO WHAT IF I PUT MY HANDS ON U, Were not safe in our own community.... Has a female she should have calmed the situation down instead of using rage and anger to fuel the problem, I will never refer Pt alarms to anyone, A bunch of ********* people who don't know how to handle people or situations

Staff need to be trained properly
Staff abuses citizens !!! Who do they think they are?? The police ? These guys think they have the right to go and hit people . I witnessed it today The police did not even lay a hand on the innocent guy but PT alarms was attacking the poor guy

PT alarms harrasment
I have been harrased by one of thier staff members she calls me from thier company landline and swears and speaks rudely. This women by the name of Denise has no experience however she has gotten a job as a team leader in the Control room because she is sleeping with one of the managers. She did not even have an interview done all was sent on WhatsApp. And what's more disturbing was that she was fired from previous company Mzanzi for doing *****ulent things of customers profiles. She only has 1 month experience in total in a security company yet pt alarms trusts this type of people to look after out homes and businesses. Iv escalated this matter multiple times however I get ignored. This company has no ethics or values and I would not recommend them to anyone. If they can allow thier employees to use thier landline to call and swear people. They hire people not on skill out merit but by sleeping wihh managment.

PT alarms just walks into my house with civilians waving fire arms at 9:15 pm with my family which includes my 1 year old son then flea the scene before polices arrive no other security company behaves like this..... Very unprofessional behavior and should not be operating

Incompetent pt alarms security guards!!!!
PT Alarms security at montclair mall are very rude and it does not make sense after shopping in the afternoon at any given store in the mall, you are told doors and gates locked go upstairs and exit!!!!! Explain how can one do so??? When the lifts are broken, the cars are parked lower level how can one carry fully loaded trolleys upstairs to exit???? Thus is unacceptable behavior and treatment from these idiots period!!!!! What criteria are yourl using that yourls guards think they own the mall???? No compassion what so ever for the community.
