Unfair Return Policies
After sales service is non existent. Got a top for Christmas. Did not fit. They would not take it back because it was longer than 7 days since my wife bought it. Also over priced

Terrible experience with this company. Difficult to deal with. You cannot cancel your insurance. Keep taking off the debit order. they are a *******. Buyer beware

Poor service delivery - No Help Desk
Very poor service. Once you have taken out insurance they don't respond to queries. Get car valuations completely wrong. No help desk. Good luck in speaking with a human being - just AI generated nonsense. My advice - go somewhere else.
