Been traveling with the train from centurion to Hatfield daily for the entire month of May. Paid with my virtual card in and out everyday. Paying R49 in and R49 out.. now had R260 taken from my account. Called in and was told this happens if you use two dof methods of payment. Which I didn't. Called the help line and said I should request a refund. To date have not heard anything. Very disappointed

Reported my vehicle keys missing to my surprise was informed not an emergency yet it's stipulated on my policy.Also surprised as Philmone mentioned they don't have any locksmiths or any in the field to assist found tjus very strange. Cannot use my vehicle have reported this immediately after having exhausted all options of having searched everywhere. Philmone Sibanoyoni said to us to provide quotation from Nissan and this will be paid in 48 hours. Been to Nissan provide a key quotation and Nissan also recommended locksmith for coding transponder key. All of which was provided to Philmone Sibonyane no response received after calling yesterday again suddenly now again they appointed an investigator whom has also not responded. Unable to use my vehicle thank you for the continued inconvenience and inappropriate deceit. It's evident staff at momentum lack basic knowledge of the process hence training is required to ensure they prevent clients from being deceived as they talk right and walk left.

Clucks clinic confirmed an appointment this morning and when getting to my appointment only to find the clinic dies not operate. Patients beware the clicks clinic website deceives everyone with appointments confirmation fms and and email confirmation only to find they not in operation.
Completely and utterly disappointed with service from Telkom fibre. Changed from Lte to fibre at home.. promised that the LTE line will be cancelled.. completed all the documents and submitted. Been on the phone for more then an hour will a consultant.. made sure the account will only be R699. To get a sale the world is promised. In November we get a double bill.. will a credit.. called again.. said to ignore.. it's telkom fault, no need to pay.. now again in December have a double bill.. this is completely inappropriate deceit. We need a proper consultant that knows what they doing to fix this!!!! Money does not grow on trees. From pillar to post
