On the 06/05/2026 I went to fill my car at 18:52. The gauge didn't move to show that I have added petrol. I try to complain to the attendance his name is Felix and he was so rude and told me that my car gauge is now working. I took the to matter the manager the following day and I was told the other manager will look into the footage and call me, they never on the same week Friday I went back to the filling station the other manager was rude also and told me that my car has a problem must go check it, their employee did fill in the petrol. Same day I went to another filling station my gauge was fine. They ddnt want to admit their fault because I am a woman and the most promised to beat me if I don't leave their office

Outsurance called me and offer me an insurance and i was told if they cant beat my insurance they will give me R500 and since then i am still waiting, i was told i will received an e-mail to confirm but nothing till today. They **** to me.
I just had a contract with MTN and and off November they didnt debit they suspend my line and i called them on 135 and asked for banking details to make a payment and i did an EFT from Capitec to MTN FNB account no on the 16 Dec. when i call them i'm told they cant see my payment and one of the consultant told me to send proof of payment i did and still nothing from them. There service is bad really up to today they cant see my payment which is strange cause i used their banking details. If they cant help they must take their phones and sim cards,i will go to another provider. bad service
I would like to thank Pioneer Debt Solution, I email them to remove my name from blacklisted and the red flag because i have paid all my debts and they responded and i sent them the paid up letters, after a week On the 31 March i received my Clearance Certificate. Thanks a lot keep up the good work, i am free now from debts.
Multi choice is making my life difficult, I have 2 decoders and 1 is Explorer and the other is Access so on the 2nd March i called them to upgrade my Access to Compact then that lady told me i will pay R863.00 on the 3rd March and i am on price lock and paying by debit, After few days i checked on My DSTV App, the amount i owe is R1440.00 i called want to know, The consultant told me the is an outstanding balance, i asked the where does it come from cause i paying by debit and she told me that the Access decoder is not on price lock - wow first time hearing that and ive been told that all my decoders are on price lock. Last week i called again different story that there is a cancel subscription fee of R108 and R401 when i asked she doesnt know where the R401 comes from and why i have to pay the cancelation fee, since ive been calling them they say they will escalate to Accounts but that Account dont do anything its just a waiste of time and money. How can the debit take small amount that instead of the requred payment no ways. Multichoice stop scamming us our money and charged us incorrect amount we working hard for that money that you think you can take what ever you want and i will cancel that stupid debit order cause its a scam, Multichoice stop what you doing and treat us well as you customers or our money is full in your pockets you dont care about us anymore. You think you can treat us like trash
I've been using rain for 3 months now and i paid month end of November and on the 15 Dec they disconnected their service without informing me why they disconnected, when i call them they told me i was in arrears i didnt understand which arrears cause before they deliver i paid the R469 and from there i was paying monthly. on the 15 dec i was disconnected as i mentioned they say i was in arrears and i paid, now its month end of Dec they send sms that i have to pay which i dont understand why im paying so much money and they always told me that im in arrears again. this rain is robbing us, they are cheap but crooks.
They disconnected my wi fi today they told me i am in arrears but im paying everymonth,which arrears cause today is the 15, their service is poor that is why they are cheap, they rob us our money
