I have made use of Rewardsco calling on behalf of Vodacom before and enjoyed the service. Recently I have been inundated by calls from ReWards co and after my daughter told me how rude they were to her I answered and asked for all my numbers to be put on the DO NOT CONTACT list. Agent was polite and agreed to do so but hey presto just had a call from them. Now I am demanding that I be put on this list.
These guys replaced a geyser through Old Mutual Insure last month. They over charged my client for his excess and when we pointed this out your manager Clive got proper snotty with my client, gave all sorts of excuses and then called him Brown Clown on his proof of payment. Unprofessional and childish. I've laid a complaint with OMI and you shouldn't use them

I took out a 1 year contract with Virgin Active and the salesman was fantastic. About as good and swoosh as their gyms. Really impressed. I had to pay an activation fee of X and got sent and sms with a lesser amount which I paid. This then turned into a 4 month fiasco where they couldn't find my payment or subsequent payment making up the amount. All the time I couldn't use the gym. Multiple phone calls and trips to Ballito (100km round trip) twice I got referred to the account department. After much debate and abuse online someone called who could actually do something about it called and offered me 2 months for free of my 12 month contract. I refused and asked for 4 months because that is how long it took to sort out the problem and the time I couldn't use the facility. After much deliberation 4 months were credited. I immediately cancelled the contract at the end of the term as I wanted no part of this USELESS organization. Fast forward to the end of the contract and I receive no less than 5 phone calls telling me I have missed a payment and still need to pay R295. I asked every single person for a statement and none of them sent it through. 6th call the person hung up on me so I called back and Nosisa answered. I asked her to send me a statement, she held on the line and made sure I received it. I sat down this morning and looked at all the debit orders that came off, to my amazement I have paid 9 debit orders and if we add the 4 free months this comes to 13 months. Haibo! and they want me to pay a 14th month. I complained on Twitter and the social media team were very quick to ask for my membership details last week and promise resolution and typical SA social media accounts they promise to sort it out but then hand over to the useless admin and nothing happens. So here we are. I have the proof I paid for 9 months(including the attempted double debit they tried in December) and I am one month on credit.
I received a message saying you were going to send me a gift because a friend had passed my details on and I should expect a call. On the call the agent was pleasant enough but was asking for details I wouldn’t give my lawyer over the phone, never mind a salesman wanting to give me a “”free” gift. I explained that I wasn’t comfortable giving these details and I wasn't going to give them to him. Since then, he has been harassing me. He has since called twice, the first time I was polite and asked him not to call again as I was not going to give him the details and low and behold he calls me again this morning chasing the same details. I know you’re trying to develop leads (I work in a call centre environment) I can empathise but this was harassment. I don't want your gift, I don't want your calls, I don't want my details on your database. DNC
Josh from Dot Towing was amazing yesterday. My client had an accident and he was kind, courteous and understanding. Well done Discovery Insure for using reputable companies who hire drivers with empathy. Josh took my client home and made sure he was fine and could empty the vehicle before towing it away
My cleint had an accident yesterday so I called Discovery Insure and the service we received from Shelton Nyanda was next level. Josh from Dot Towing was phenomenal too. As per Discovery's request they took him home and allowed him to empty out the vehicle before they towed it away. Client is over the moon with the service during this traumativ incident.
More lies uncovered from these unscrupulous delinquents. Firstly I as sold refurbished machines and never got told this, never signed for increases yet massive increases given. Current sales staff tell me the muppet who sold me the machines and others like him who know they're leaving the company write horrific deals and then leave with the Comm. Daisy know this yet have made next to zero effort to sort out. 2nd in charge came to see me and promised he would get back to me since the 21st of February
Loved it. Went with the family for my daughters Birthday. The food was wonderful, waitering staff pleasant. They made a real fuss over us.
Salesman lied to me to get a deal, then asked for 8 weeks for them to deliver machines and collect old ones. Complained for over a year to get the deal I asked for. Now the company says the salesman has left and it's for me to deal with. Even though I involved the Technical Manager last year August and even the sister company Business Connexion. Useless all round and once again the consumer suffers. DO NOT DEAL WITH EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES
