Low hospitality It’s as if they grade you as you enter their shop, to gauge what type of service you should receive .Sales personals showed little to no interest. I’ll proceed with the Capetown branch thank you very much .
If I could give them a negative 5, I would . Their service is disgusting to say the least . We paid R25000, for no WiFi, low standard accommodation, bad food and bad treatment and service and false adverti*****t . You’d swear they were doing us a favour. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
Although I received good service at the Pavilion, the quality of their work is poor. I did my nails and lashes less than two week ago(bear in mind it was not acrylic tips but I paid an arm and a leg for it) but it is already chipping. I also paid an arm and a leg for the my individual lashes but I already look like inkukhu egcuthwe uHalf.
My experience at the Pavilion branch was great . The consultant guided me since it was the first time I had made an international cash transfer. He even assisted me amend the receivers full name the day after my transaction, email was responded to in no time .
I cannot express my level of dissatisfaction with the service this company provides. The most appalling part is that it is not the first time I’ve experienced a problem . I honestly do not know why these online stores still make use of their courier services .
