Great service by Screan- responsive and speedy
Fantastic service. I emailed a few times with questions as car was outside of a large city. They responded immediately. The day the screener went - he called me as soon as test drive and inspection was done with top level thoughts and I was able to pay for the car that day as needed. It is speedy and the company is responsive. The report you get is very detailed.1 reply

Falsely accused of swearing by call centre agent -
I recieved a phone call from Miway insurance and when I queried why it would take 5 minutes to give me a quote - the agent accused me of swearing and ended call. I did not swear but found unfair accusations very aggressive. They lost a potential customer1 reply

Really good service, great value. Nothing broke in Jhb CT shared load move.
I booked at the last minute (not a good idea) and they still made a plan for me. Sue in the office was very helpful and kind. They used a partner mover for a shared load - who came to Joburg on time and arrived in CT five minutes early. Extremely kind and helpful. All my stuff had stickers on, so it didn't get mixed up with other things. Nothing went missing and nothing broke-not even the mirror. Very very happy. Reasonable price and utterly professional.1 reply

Professional office staff at Autofreight
I book to transport my car on a truck from Johannesburg to Cap Town. I had to cancel a week beforehand and received my money back minus cancellation fee.. Such good, honest service.0 replies
