⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service & Quality Products I recently received my replacement Tom Ford Black Orchid fragrance from Perfumology after experiencing an issue with the initial Burberry Goddess fragrance, which unfortunately appeared not to have been factory mixed correctly. I must commend the incredible professionalism, efficiency, and customer care shown by the Perfumology team throughout the process. They handled the matter with such care and urgency, making the replacement process completely smooth and stress-free. Skynet Terrible Services
Terrible experience with skynet. I haven't received my parcel for 5 days, the consultants at this terrible company keeps taking me from pillar to post, and now I've being asked for documents which they dont even have no clue who should provide the documents. I will never this company, please refund and i can source for another company.
