Opportunistic & Dishonest
Having rented storage space from Express Removals for almost 4 years, and in anticipation of a move where we would need our stored items delivered to our new address I started paying an extra amount per month to create a credit that would be off set against that cost. However the shrewd (read dishonest) accounts department of Express Removals noticed that over a three month period, I had accrued a credit of R1250.00. So they simply increased my monthly costs by almost this amount in order to debit the credit from the statement, which coincidently stopped being sent to me when I started to pay more than the invoice amount. Without going into all the back warding and forwarding I eventually got a credit…. However they still owe me R200.00 which they refuse to pay or to answer why they are withholding this from me. Be warned Express Removals are opportunistic crooks and thieves, DO NOT USE THEM it will only ends in tears and loss of money.
