Took a bet for R250 at R3.50 odds... Supposed to pay out R825 + The R250 initial amount.. Only got by R420... They are a bunch of *******... No assistance no customer service.. Don't open an an account with them.

More info needed on horse betting transactions

The website is not user friendly at all...when you take multiple horse racing bets and go into the transactions to view it does not show what your winning can be and does not show the multiple horses...just the first horse you select....

GGGaming... holding back winnings

GG gaming worst company to have a betting account with....I made a withdrawal on Thursday 2nd 0f November....up till now 6th November funds not paid into my account... I queried the withdrawal on Friday and was told it's been processed and wil be released shortly...then nothing happened...on Saturday I did a query and was told the withdrawal will be referred to the finance department...then nothing happened... queried the withdrawal again yesterday Sunday the 5th November..then I'm told finance does not work on weekends... queried the withdrawal again to...then was told a email was sent to finance to follow up...it's now 13.45 on Monday and they have received no feedback from finance....come on GG gaming...pay out what is due when take the monies you guys don't have issues but now when it comes to payouts there is no feedback from finance.....do other customers really what to deal with a bookmaker like this...once my withdrawal is complete... please close my account...this is really poor service as you website says.. payments take 24 to 72 hours but now it's been way over 72 hours that I requested for the withdrawal.

Pathetic Services and want to rob customers.

Before my contract ended i called to check what was on offer.. So i decided to only take out a data contract with no device... My old contract ended on the 19th or March and the new data contract had started.... I was supposed to get pro rata data from the 19th..which i didn't.. I called into the customer service department on the 22th of march... The they said they will log a investigation to find out why ni data was given.. They said it takes 2 working days.. I called back on the 24th and they said the still busy... I called again today the 27th and still no feed back.. So i decided to cancel that contract as i did not receive pro rata data and i am currently putting data as a prepaid customer... Now they say to cancel i have to pay a commitment fee of R1200... For wat i received nothing....u thieves want to steal from us.... U gave me nothing but i must pay R1200... Then i requested to spk to a manager... But as y know they always in a meeting.. Maybe thinking of how to rob and steal from your customers.... Please cancel my contract asap... This is terrible service... I have been a client of u guys for more than 15 years... And i dont want to deal with you again... Pathetic service.

poor service and holding back funds

account number 146177,, i did a withdrawal yesterday morning..more than 24hours later funds not showing in my account.. i have sent a message on your website and sent you guys a email but no response. try phoning your call center always need to wait... whats going on guys.. really poor service.

Bad service and no feedback

My account number is 146177..i made a payment to my hollywoodbets account on monday for R250...3 days later still not reflecting.. Sent numerous emails and even called the call center who promised to resolve the issue but still no feedback not even a response to the emails sent.. Please refund my deposit and close my account asap.. This is terrible service.. Even i called the call center and wait more than 25mins at a time.
