I had to give them one star but it should have been minus. They never allocate funds or update statements on time. When you call you get a different person with a different answer and a different attitude each time. It takes 48 hours for them to respond to an email. What kind of service is that?? Frustrated and disappointed. What a mess. It's also pointless making an official complaint as they don't bother taking any accountability
Received an appalling service from these clowns. Contacted them in June to cancel their services. Was told my last debit order would be July. Fine. I sent through a cancelation email to the cancellations dept yet in August my account was debited and now again in September. I have raised a dispute with my bank but regardless of several emails to this useless company I have recieve no call or email. Each time I call they keep me on hold for so long (currently 23 minutes) the call eventually drops. I then call back and they put me through to the 'correct' dept where that phone rings until the call is dropped. Obviously they're doing it on purpose to avoid speaking to disgruntled clients.
